授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	Objectives The aim of the course is to help students gain an understanding of basic and current issues on private international law in Property and in Family.Therefore, students can acquire the basic knowledge on private international law in Property and in Family through this lecture. Curriculum       The program consists of two courses, which are not divisible.  Each student is required to attend at all of two courses in the following subjects: Course 1  < spring >  :Private international law in Property Course 2  <autumn>  :Private international law in Family
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Method In this class, I will adopt the so-called lecture method, where I mostly talk to students. Remarks It must be to confirm that this class is not a course for undergraduate students, but for graduate students. Therefore, it is necessary for the students themselves to be motivated to seek and search for materials.
